Duties:
The County Judge is the chief executive officer of the county. His responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Maintenance and construction of County roads and bridges
- Presiding official of the Quorum Court
- Responsibility for all County property
- Responsible for the County Court
- Solid Waste Management Board
- Administering ordinances
- Grants administration

- Oversees: Office of Emergency Management, Veteran's Office, 911 Services, Road Department, Recycling Programs
